The Week Of Asking For Magazine Subscriptions: Letter to Vanity Fair, uninspiring form letter from Neutrogena

This is what a form letter looks like from a company that doesn't care that much about their customers. Note their use of the registered trademark sign, just in case we don't know they own their rights to their company name:

Dear Kristen:

Thank you for contacting
Neutrogena®. It is always important to hear from our consumers, and we appreciate the time you have taken to contact us.

We are very pleased to hear you like our products. Comments like yours are always welcome. At Neutrogena ® we make every effort to meet the needs of consumers by providing high quality products and it is gratifying to learn that we have been successful. Your remarks will certainly be shared with the people responsible for bringing our products and services to you.

Should you have any comments or questions in the future, please feel free to contact us at blah blah blah blah blah. Our specialists are available Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM EST and will be happy to assist you.

And in other news, I wrote to Vanity Fair for a free subscription.
